WSP Middle East is looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to join an ongoing mixed-use programme (PMC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


Your new role, what's involved? Responsibilities**- Analyse construction programmes (including lookahead programmes) to understand resource requirements, associated transport requirements and resource volumes related to stockpiling / storage.

  • Analyse Contractors Construction Logistics Plans (CLPs) and monitor their implementation
  • Stakeholder management effectively deal with potential conflicts, ensure contractors are adhering to Project Logistics Strategy and brief contractors on Project Logistics policy.
  • Analyse Contractor Traffic Management Plans and ensure they are fit for purpose and do not impede other contractors or residents
  • Review Plant and Heavy Equipment deployment and ensure that the required certifications are in place (operator and thirdparty inspection)
  • Develop Logistics Schedule Databases to consolidate all contractor delivery schedules to analyse road traffic movements and identify potential congestion
  • Review Project Logistics Operations, suggest improvements and implement change.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related fields
years' experience on a major construction project; preferably in a construction logistics role.

  • Previous experience on complex, large scale projects preferred
  • Strong communication skills
