- Collect user requirements ensuring solution is in line with scope of work and proper documentation is developed facilitating the system maintenance and support activities;
- Assist in SAP development architecture software maintenance and system administration;
- Work with subject matter experts and other project team members to develop project scope hardware software requirements;
- Assist with design development testing and delivery of SAP solutions;
- Participate in project plan development; and
- Ensure data integrity and be able to resolve any software vulnerabilities to improve and ensure systems security.
- Up to 5 years hands on experience with IT systems analysis programming testing and implementation;
- Ability to develop project proposals plan and deliverables;
- Able to conduct User Acceptance testing;
- Knowledge of automated testing tools is desirable;
- Project management skills are required; and
- Ensure timely resolution of production issues to JHAH applications.
- SAP Certification is desirable;
- Knowledge of Healthcare environment is desirable;
- Knowledge of presentation tools like Visio Power Point is required;
- Presentation skills are necessary; and
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills are required.
