On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Real Estate Manager.


Job Summary:


To manage Company's real estate portfolio, including sourcing and leasing to ensure that all property is effectively maintained in accordance with the company's standards.


Responsibilities:


Real Estate Market Study & Research (Due Diligence)

  • Develop and ensure adherence to the Real Estate policies and procedures
  • Assist in identifying real estate investment opportunities in line with the company and business plan
  • Keep abreast with real estate laws and regulations and notify the Director Real Estate of modifications in the law, if any
  • Forecast real estate trends by conducting historic property trend analysis to support property evaluation activities and report to the Director of RE
  • Create, manage, execute, and contribute to the development plan to meet portfolio returns with the development team in accordance with the 31Q Plans
  • Ensure quality control standards for real estate transactions (cost, time, location, economics, market needs, and deal quality, etc.)
  • Ensure the best location/best value for all real estate acquisitions.

Relationship Building

  • Promote and manage the development of the brokerage network and outside consultants and adhere to the company code of ethics in dealing with thirdparty contractors.
  • Promote working relationships with the Real Estate Team, other company departments; alliance partners (e.g. gas stations/oil companies, and other outside organizations (e.g. local government agencies, large Real Estate developers, and mall operators).

People Management

  • Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of supervisors/coordinators
  • Plan, manage and review individual performance of junior accountants and provide them with regular feedback, development, and training opportunities to help them develop and improve their skills

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • 6 to 8 years' experience in related Real Estate roles, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
  • Knowledge of regional legislative laws and regulations governing real estate investments
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Economics
