This is a remote position.
Pharma based Client looking for a Lead/PM for a new Implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with integrations to other Salesforce products and Azure Data Lake
Work on Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Analytics, Integration, Deployment & Data migration.
Engage with presales team in providing Technical & Solution assistance on RFPs and making customer presentation to close out deals.
Manages & ensures client proof of concept (POC) initiatives, brought in as SME on SF architecture & development work.
Leadership and Execution responsible for managing the delivery and execution globally customer solution, team s day to day operations.
Provide significant technical and functional leadership, ensuring that the work of individual developers and developer work groups are integrated into the IT strategy and architecture.
Prepare & present project proposals (RFP) to users in functional areas & analyze the impact of proposals on other groups and helps to establish successful project direction
Involvement in various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Expertise in UML, Agile, waterfall & RUP Methodology and design pattern
Involved in various stages of Project Matrices, Configuration Management, Quality Management, Project Management and Project Strategy Plan
Business Process Re-engineering, Functional Specification, Business Case Analysis, Functional Planning/Budgeting, Data Mapping/Migration, Solution Customizations
Design the application (High- & Low-level design), customization& configuration of SF, Integration of SF, data migration & deployment
Project Manager Responsibilities
Planning: Creating WBS, Resource planning, Contingency plans, project metrics
Project Execution: Risk Management, Deliveries and Deadline management, Customer Interactions, Dealing with Quality audits, executing reporting templates, Overall Delivery Management, Change Management & Knowledge Management
Project Controlling: Resource Management Resource Management (hiring, appraisal, growth plans, potential identification and Assignments), Schedule Management, Requirement change management, Process planning and Implementation.
Propose & deliver optimal solutions leveraging best practices & consistently delivering client value while increasing Salesforce revenue through active engagement in client management.
Ensure that application policies, standards, processes, change control and other quality requirements are implemented and followed through consistently.
Vendor Management Working with the IT stakeholders, managing the IT supplier relationships within regional and global teams to establish SLA metrics and reporting methodologies.
Requirements
Skill Required.
