Pharma basedClient looking for a Lead/PM for a new Implementation of SalesforceMarketing Cloud with integrations to other Salesforce products andAzure Data Lake
Work on Sales, Service,Marketing Cloud, Analytics, Integration, Deployment & Datamigration.
Engage with presales team in providing Technical & Solutionassistance on RFPs and making customer presentation to close outdeals.
Manages & ensures client proof of concept (POC)initiatives, brought in as SME on SF architecture &developmentwork.
Leadership and Execution responsible for managing the delivery andexecution globally customer solution, team s day to dayoperations.
Provide significant technical and functional leadership, ensuringthat the work of individual developers and developer work groupsare integrated into the IT strategy andarchitecture.
Prepare & present project proposals (RFP) to users infunctional areas & analyze the impact of proposals on othergroups and helps to establish successful projectdirection
Involvement in various stages of Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) & Expertise in UML, Agile, waterfall & RUPMethodology and designpattern
Involved in various stages of Project Matrices, ConfigurationManagement, Quality Management, Project Management and ProjectStrategyPlan
Business Process Re-engineering, Functional Specification, BusinessCase Analysis, Functional Planning/Budgeting, DataMapping/Migration, SolutionCustomizations
Design the application (High- & Low-leveldesign), customization& configuration of SF, Integration ofSF, data migration & deployment
Project ManagerResponsibilities
Planning: Creating WBS, Resource planning, Contingencyplans, project metrics
Project Execution: Risk Management, Deliveries andDeadline management, Customer Interactions, Dealing with Qualityaudits, executing reporting templates, Overall Delivery Management,Change Management & Knowledge Management
Project Controlling: Resource Management ResourceManagement (hiring, appraisal, growth plans, potentialidentification and Assignments), Schedule Management, Requirementchange management, Process planning andImplementation.
Propose & deliveroptimal solutions leveraging best practices & consistentlydelivering client value while increasing Salesforce revenue throughactive engagement in client management.
Ensure that application policies, standards,processes, change control and other quality requirements areimplemented and followed through consistently.
VendorManagement Working with the ITstakeholders, managing the IT supplier relationships withinregional and global teams to establish SLA metrics and reportingmethodologies.
