- Sales prospecting and composing lead lists
- Reach out to potential customers via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Generate sales meetings for Account Executives
- Achieve sales meetings quotas and other sales goals
- Track and manage the progress in CRM
- Stay up-to-date with sales prospecting tools and techniques
- Report your progress to the Sales Manager on a daily and weekly basis
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with CRM software and knowledge of sales processes
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and is preferred
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
- Knowledge of user-generated content, influencer marketing, and social media marketing is a plus
- Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Remote)
- Base comp: $50,000+ (negotiable)
- OTE: $85,000+/year
- Contract-to-hire: 3 months contract (probation period) followed by a full-time offer upon mutual agreement
