Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee the implementation of safety, health, and welfare policies and procedures across all sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on safety practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety requirements into project plans.
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting to management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, contractors, and local communities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HSW management in the civil engineering industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in managing teams and delivering HSW training programs.
