Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks.
Analyze equipment performance data and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize unexpected downtime.

Maintenance Project Management:

Plan and coordinate all maintenance projects, including equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs.
Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and supervise the execution of projects.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and mínimal disruption to operations.
Monitor project progress, track expenses, and report on project outcomes to management.

Maintenance Cost Control:

Monitor maintenance expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Analyze maintenance budget and provide recommendations for optimizing spending.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source suppliers and negotiate contracts for maintenance services and supplies.
Implement cost control measures, such as identifying and resolving inefficient maintenance practices.

4.

Spare Parts Inventory Control:

Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and equipment.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure efficient stock management.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of spare parts.
Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify obsolete or surplus items for disposal or reassignment.

5.

PM Pillar Ownership:

Serve as the primary owner of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillar within the maintenance department.
Develop and implement PM strategies and standard operating procedures.
Continuously improve PM processes by analyzing data, implementing best practices, and incorporating

feedback from maintenance technicians.

Train and educate maintenance staff on PM procedures and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
