Job Purpose

Lead the successful delivery of the
Information & Communication Technology infrastructure by providing management and technical expertise in the planning, designing, implementing and project management of the ICT infrastructure disciplines associated with the regional infrastructure scope.


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out and develop ICT infrastructure delivery strategy roadmap with key stakeholders through the entire RSG projects cycle.
  • Work alongside IT and be involved in ICT services deployment process.
  • Identify Solutions for the network and telecommunication infrastructure.
  • Monitor and control the cost, quality and schedule of ICT infrastructure projects.
  • Overall technical management of the performance of consultants and contractors/service providers.
  • Identify and procure design consultants and contractors/service providers.
  • Prepare and manage the procurement and management/supervision of ICT infrastructure consultants and contractors/service providers e.g. Technical input into Scope of Works for RFPs,
  • Keeping abreast of and advising on latest technologies, innovations and industry best practices for the delivery of infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in design, ICT technology, Electrical, computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent.
  • Overall 18 years' experience in the IT/ICT space with a of Minimum 10 + Years' experience handling largescale ICT related projects for developers/public sector agencies
  • Professional Certifications like PMP, PRINC2, ITIL v3 or TOGAF
  • Experience of working with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) such as municipal corporations, preferably in telecoms networks and data centers experience.
  • Strong experience and understanding of city services infrastructure and the design of resilient ICT systems
  • Experience in providing Consulting as well as Project Management support services for managing & monitoring large eGovernance projects for developers/public sector
  • Knowledge and experience of physical infrastructure and/or network design of systems in a complex environment
  • Experience of technical site surveys, site investigations, management of site installation activities, knowledge of various city systems and services
  • Working experience and highlevel functional and technical understanding of various city departments like water, power, energy, buildings, environment and other municipal services.
  • Broad understanding and experience of realtime analytics, data modeling and management, analytical tools Open-Source Big Data technologies etc.
  • Experience in ICT strategy formulation, project design, and program management of technology implementation
  • Ability to lead large and diversified teams as well as a sound individual contributor
  • Understanding of procurement cycle and stages such as project report preparation, tender preparation, vendor evaluation
  • Understanding of lifecycle cost analysis, project structuring, PPP models for large ICT projects
  • Experience of working with various ICT systems including power, heat and environmental criteria for safe operations and technical assurance when delivering ICT physical infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of enabling high performance and high availability systems within design solutions.
  • Ability to carry out design review calculation checks of submissions from Consultants.

Salary:
Up to ریال65,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

- handling large-scale ICT related project: 10 years (required)


License/Certification:

  • PMP, PRINC2, ITIL v3 or TOGAF (required)
