OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Drive Ma'aden's major capital projects to successful completion by providing expert technical leadership for the preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to these projects

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Qualification:


  • Bachelors of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 4 years as Chief Engineer
  • Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 4 years as Chief Engineer
  • PhD + 4 year as Chief Engineer
**Experience: International experience

Ensure proper governance is in place and complied too on all projects, i.e. steering committees, gate reviews, decision review boards, Legal and Commercial requirements and audits

Responsible for meeting cash flow targets on all projects

Meet risk management requirements on all projects

Ensure that all appropriate functions are timely allocated and represented on all projects
