    SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

    As a Key Account Manager Projects Sales, You will be responsible to Promote and sell a range of Decorative products to new and existing Key customers / Key Accounts in Saudi Arabia by using Jotun s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships, liaise with the client market.

    This position is also responding to sales and technical enquiries in order to achieve the budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO- Days Sales Outstanding, and customer satisfactions targets, and to ensure that Jotun is seen as a preferred supplier of high-quality products and services.

    This position based at Jeddah and reporting to the Area Sales Manager Jeddah.

    Responsibilities:

    Create new customers by analyzing the market requirement and potential, plan visits to potential customers, and swift response to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase Jotun market share.


    To follow up and monitor Key Customers / Projects closely by ensuring Jotun s products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget.


    Maintained customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve the sales budget.


    Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and timely payment collection to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.


    Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided.


    Conduct market surveys to identify the big-size and Mega Projects, help to secure such a key project and enhance the company sales performance.


    Efficiently lead sales teams by establishing clear targets, frameworks, coaching, supporting, and monitoring each member to ensure overall team effectiveness.

    What we look for:

    Qualification:

    Any bachelor s or master s degree. Sales & Marketing is preferable.


    4-6 years of relevant experience in Project Sales and Business Development Activities.


    Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written.
