Experience:
Previousexperience in the field of finance and accounting. Experience as anauditor, chartered accountant or financial manager is usually atleast 3-5 years.
Managementskills:
Ability to effectively manage and leadthe finance team, including mentoring, motivating and developingstaff.
Planning and analysisskills:
Ability to develop financial strategiesand accurately analyze financial data to make strategicdecisions.
Knowledge of financial laws andregulations:
Good understanding of local andinternational financial laws and regulations.
Organizingand managing money:
Ability to manage moneyeffectively, including managing cash flows andbudgets.
