MISSION STATEMENT
Support new development from early stage through design delivery by closely collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to deliver feasible plan and design of the assigned development.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Initial Planning:
- Identify a project brief & space program that reflects proposed business development ideas.
- Conduct due diligence related to project design workability & permitting space program impacts.
- Initiate preplanning design accordingly and test workability with different development stakeholders.
- Initiate business financial models that reflects the proposed planning.
Design Stage:
- Manage design process with different business stakeholders & parties.
- Negotiate offers, prepare contracts & follow up design schedule & deliverables.
- Conduct due diligence in permitting process and requirements.
- Manage the review of design deliverables along with other stakeholders and 3rd parties including technical, operational, value engineering and construction cost reduction methods that impacts design deliverables in different design stages.
- Secure all needed authority approvals to initiate construction works.
- Coordinate with different project stakeholders to secure needed marketing & presales materials.
Construction Stage:
- Manage delivery of design packages based on agreed construction strategies with different stakeholders.
- Follow up needed design input during construction stage & final permit approvals.
Additional Task:
- Collecting market information about new developments and provide insights to management.
- Escalate potential project risks to management and support with mitigation plan.
- Protect Company's value by keeping information confidential.
- Partner with local building officials, Engineers, Architects, remediation experts, Engineers, and Designers as needed.
- Keeping up to date with the rules and regulations e.g., building specifications.
- Other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.
EXPERIENCE
years of experience in similar role with well-known design companies and real estate industry.
- Experience creating and developing overall design concept and formulating design presentation strategies with understanding of trends in large, shell/ core architectural design.
SKILL
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Computer proficient skills with strong experience in spreadsheet, all Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
- Experience in handling CAD software.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the total project process including fee and team management, schedules and budget
- Understanding of latest trends in large, shell/ core architectural design.
- Sense of business judgment to advice and guide clients as required.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of design or architecture.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
