Develop the assigned Qualifier Call activities in order to maintain and grow profitable revenue.

  • Ensure adequate sales visibility through the use of Sales Lead reports, i.e. monthly reporting.
  • Manage the relationship between Direct Channels and Customer Service/ operations to ensure that business issues are identified and solved proactively.
  • Internally it has day to day interaction with Customer service, Operations and sales.
  • This position will require judgement, tact and motivational ability to achieve the set revenue and profitability targets of the Sales Lead unit.
  • Will need to be able to lead and maintain the motivation of a large sales force, driving a personalised business approach whilst driving the introduction of cost effective Customer Interface solutions.

  • University Degree (Diploma or Bachelor)
  • English and Arabic verbal and written communication
  • Preferrably living in Riyadh
