    Job purpose:
    Implementthe sales plans to achieve sales goals sell the companys productsin the market and ensure outstanding customerservice.

    • Main roles andresponsibilities:
      • Representing the company inpromoting and selling its products.
      • Opening newsales opportunities and increasing the number ofcustomers.
      • Implementing the established salesplan.
      • Collecting the amounts owed by customersaccording to the contracts concluded and following up onthem.
      • Communicating with regular and potentialcustomers periodically to present new products their features theirbenefits and to bring orders fromthem.
      • Aftersales customer service andconducting contracts with the customer in order to provide ongoingsupport.
      • Providing product samples and catalogsto customers.
      • Continuous awareness of marketconditions innovative products competitors products prices andsales.
      • Preparing daily and periodic reports tothe branch manager.
      • Collecting the value ofsales executed according to the agreed upon contract and supplyingthe collected funds daily.
      • Ensure that thecustomer signs the received invoices in coordination with theaccountant and the warehouse.
      • Dailycoordination with the accountant to monitor the balance of theclients debt.
      • Register the order within thecredit limit and according to the customers actualneed.
      • Follow up on orders with the warehousesupervisor to ensure their arrival to thecustomer.
      • Commitment to implementing theinternal system for periodic reconciliation of clientaccounts.
      • Follow up on customer feedbackprepare the required report sign it and deliver it to the branchmanager forapproval.
    • Skills
      • B2BExperiences must.
      • Knowledge of moderntechniques and their implementation to boost salesactivities.
      • Proven track record of maintainingprofessional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary softskills.
      • Approaching new and existing customersby following optimum consumer servicestandards.
      • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficientlyachieve sales goals under tightdeadlines.
      • Excellent phone and presentationskills.
      • Strong negotiationskills.
      • Knowledge of English andArabic.
      • Three years of experience in sales(stationery /toys).
