Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers toinform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements andclose sales
• Direct prospects to the fieldsales team when needed
• Enter and updatecustomer information in the database
• Take andprocess orders in an accurate manner
• Handlegrievances to preserve the companys reputation
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitatefuture sales
• Keep records of calls and salesand note useful information

Skills

• Proven experience astelesales representative or other sales/customer servicerole
• Proven track record of successfullymeeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRMsoftware) and telephone systems
• Ability tolearn about products and services and describe/explain them toprospects
• Excellent knowledge ofEnglish
