Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Training & Development Specialist. The Training & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs, creating and implementing instructional materials, and developing customized training curriculums to enhance employee skillsets. The role also includes evaluating training needs, leading workshops or sessions, and ensuring employees have the tools to achieve organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Training and Development, with the ability to evaluate training needs and implement solutions.
- Strong skills in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create tailored training materials and programs.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and engage teams effectively.
- Experienced in organizing and delivering Training sessions or workshops to diverse groups.
- Proficiency in relevant training software or platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Riyadh.
