Project Coordinator

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
We're looking to build our team with a high caliber Project Coordinator to partner with the team and help shape the strategy for growth.
Reporting to GM you will work across the leadership team wear multiple hats, managing a variety of projects and tasks at any given time, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal person has shown an ability for high level teamwork while also delivering best-in-class execution.KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor in Business or Secretary or similar
- Experience working with finance is preferable.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role; in a corporate environment, preferably with exposure in multinational companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; deep empathy and the ability to quickly connect and build trust with people across an organization and work collaboratively across lines of difference.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) advanced word processing, excel and presentation skills.
- Proactiveness, a team player and contributor.
