    Bachelor's degree in HumanResources Management, Business Administration, or related field.Preferably have a recognized HR management certification such asPHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professionalin HumanResources).
    Experience:

    Previousexperience in the field of human resources management, with apreference for experience as a human resources manager or CEO,usually at least 3-5 years.
