    JobOverview:

    Within People andOrganization Consulting services will provide you with theopportunity to help their clients reset their talent strategies anddeliver extraordinary business results through their people. Wefocus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so ourclients can maximize
    their return on the overallinvestment in human capital. As a Director youll work as part of ateam of problem solvers helping to solve complexbusiness
    issues from strategy toexecution.

    • Support team to disruptimprove and evolve ways of working whennecessary
    • Arrange and sponsor appropriateassignments and experiences to help people realize their potentialand support their longterm aspirations
    • Identifygaps in the market and spot opportunities to create valuepropositions
    • Look for opportunities to scaleefficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects andenvironments
    • Create an environment where peopleand technology thrive together to accomplish more than they couldapart
    • Promote and encourage others to valuedifference when working in diverse teams
    • Driveand take ownership for developing connections that help deliverwhat is best for our people andstakeholders
    • Influence and facilitate thecreation of longterm relationships which add value to thefirm
    • Uphold the firms code of ethics andbusinessconduct

    Qualifications:

    • 1214 years of relevant experience of working on human capitalproblems within a consulting environment ideally with one of theBig 4 firms a HR consultancy or a global strategy houseor in a challenging inhouserole
    • Excellentorganizational skills having the ability to prioritize workloadwhilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressureand meeting tightdeadlines
    • Proven ITskills in the following programs excel word andPowerPoint
    • The abilityand willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwidewhere the project requirementsdictate
    • Exposure todata gathering techniques and analysis and reporting insights in aclear and effective way isdesirable
    • Ability toevaluate and manage our clients unique challenges in order toensure we can maximize their return on the overall investment inhumancapital
    • Bachelorsdegree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or Psychology
    • The followingqualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate toperform the role CIPD GPHR SHRM or equivalent ispreferred
