We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team.

As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the soft skills of our clients.

Your role will involve assessing training needs, designing curriculum, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs.


Responsibilities:


  • Curriculum development: Design and develop comprehensive soft skills training programs, including modules, materials, and resources, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Training delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various soft skills topics such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problemsolving, time management, and emotional intelligence.
  • Evaluation and feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Continuously make improvements based on feedback received.
  • Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in soft skills training methodologies, tools, and techniques. Incorporate innovative approaches into training programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and other departments to identify training needs, align training initiatives with client goals.

Requirements:


  • Minimum [2] years of experience in soft skills training or a similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of various soft skills areas, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problemsolving, time management, and emotional intelligence
  • Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
  • Experience in designing and developing training curriculum
  • Proficient in evaluating training effectiveness and making continuous improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications in training and development such as PMP, ToT are a plus
