    JeddahThisrole is for young candidates and/ or freshers with a maximum of 3years of experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry witha clear focus on warehouse engineering. Given our existing teamstructure in the region we are seekingCandidates:
    1.whopossess proficiency in English speaking & writing

    2.who are selfmotivated to learn the Miebachmethodology and to develop the required skills to address thevarious requirements

    3.who will quickly learn& adapt to the consulting services offered by MiebachConsulting

    4. who possess considerable skillsin data management (through tools like MS Excel or equivalent)

    5. who are capable of; conceptualizing& synthesizing ideas using the available inputs; &putting down these ideas into presentable format (MS Powerpoint orequivalent)
    Inadherence to the Saudization norms & our intrinsicphilosophy of attracting & nurturing local talent; we arecurrently seeking Saudi Nationals who fit the stated criteria.
    In particular Miebach ConsultingKSA is looking to recruit an Analyst who will be focused towardssupporting consulting activities in Projects led by Consultants orSenior Consultants.
    The positionwill provide insights into many industrial sectors and will includeworking with a strong team in an international environment thatoffers opportunities for domestic and international travel.
    The primary type of work withinthe company is performing projects for clients. A typical projectinvolves traveling to the clients office or project site anylocation within the GCC; or in case required outside GCC aswell;Such travel while duly compensated shall amount to a minimumof 35% on a monthly basis until a maximum of 75% as per the demandof a project.In order to enable the Analyst perform the expectedtasks Miebach Consulting will offer customized local &international trainings as well as peer mentoring allowing growthwithin the organization.

    TASK

    • Participateas a team member of Projects as well as company initiativesassigned to and perform the tasks assigned by the ReportingManager
    • Work with clients & internalteams as a team member to understand business requirements of aclient organization. Support in identifying data requirementsperforming the required analysis contributing to formulatingstrategies and solutions.
    • Aid thedecisionmaking process of our internal team by building resultsthat present both insightful data summaries and clear support forconclusions and recommendations
    • Support theteam through Visualizing interpreting reporting and communicatingdata findings creatively in various formats and to variousaudiences
    • Support in analyzing and developingmaterial flow engineering solutions evaluating costs service andflexibility to define optimal solutions. Support in determininglayout plan work flow processes labor & material handlingrequirements and general buildingparameters
    • Take initiatives in acquiring anddeveloping the company knowledge relevant to the skills required todeliver the services of Miebach Consulting by reaching out tosubject matter experts (internal or external) who can provide therequired knowledge. In addition to reaching out to experts studyingavailable literature and other opportunities shall beexplored
    • Continuously selfupdate regarding thevarious solutions the market has to offer in the area ofWarehousing related requirements as per the focus areas of theMiebach consulting services
    • Continuouslyimprove on core areas of work in the organization (example: contentcreation presentations analytics) via learning through examples andby shadowing senior colleagues
    • Createorganizational assets like project summaries case studies whitepapers etc. as a part of the regular work or whenever there is anopportunity to doso

    PROFILE

    • ABachelors Degree in relevant sciences or an equivalent course inSupply Chain
    • Maximum of 1 2 years of relevantsupply chain industry experience (planning production warehousingtransportation IT and operational excellence) isdesirable
    • Candidate shall contributeproactively in organization building
    • Activecommunication personality and good behavior are mandatory for therole.
    • Candidate shall seek support whether forlearning or for project activities proactively (pullmethodology)
    • Proactive approach to the role andits responsibility as well as meticulous self management of dailyactivities necessary in the appointed position and to achievegrowth within the company
    • Candidate is requiredto be open to travel to various locations within the GCC (to majorcities and industrial zones) depending on project requirements.Traveling could be up 80% of the working days and sometimes all 5days of the week. In implementation projects traveling might be upto 1 month in astretch.
