Mechanical static equipment design engineer having professional background in following:

  • Detailed design of vessels, columns, reactors, heat exchangers, storage tanks, bins, silos and packaged equipment.
  • Thermal design capabilities for heat exchangers.
  • Excellent skills of using different design tools (Compress, PVElite, ETank, ASPEN EDR, & HTRI).
  • Ability to review the equipment stress analysis reports.
  • Complete knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.
  • Capability to perform adequacy checks of existing static equipment.
  • Capability to prepare static equipment design deliverables like equipment list, RFQs, Equipment Data sheets, Technical bid evaluation reports, adequacy reports, purchase orders etc...
  • Ability to perform vendor data (drawings, calculations, procedures, ITPs, method statements etc.) review and handling, interdisciplinary coordination and interface management, comment resolution with stakeholders, vendor data/material expediting, handle preinspection meetings, shop testing and inspections, and provide construction / field engineering support.
  • Experience with wellknown EPC companies on different phases of the project including proposals, feasibility, FEED, EPC for both greenfield and brownfield (revamp) execution.

Basic Job Requirements

  • Mechanical Static Equipment Engineer with minimum 8 years of experience with EPC Companies

GCC Experience working with renowned Clients
