Job purpose:

Experienced Procurement specialist to manage the company's supply of products and services.

Your responsibilities include strategizing efforts to find cost-effective deals and suppliers as well as evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are done within company policy in best package (cost-efficient, quality and on time delivery).

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of approved procurement plans.
• Draft framework agreements with suppliers.
• Updating procurement status report.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the supplier performance (cost, quality, and delivery) as per policy.
• Develop strategies on spending analysis and sourcing implementation of material, supplies and service.
• Follow up delivery claims and mitigate performance delays with the supplies.
• Ensure suppliers are paid on timely manner.
• Follow up supplier relationships to understand the business, gather market intelligence, assess risk and ensure compliance to KPIs.
• Analyzed purchases & offers and negotiated accordingly.
• Track stock movement and keep the records uptodate on a daytoday basis.
• Overseeing the sourcing and buying process to ensure products are delivered according to quality, specifications and budgets.
• Managing the purchase operations to ensure purchase orders meet On-TimeDelivery and productivity targets.
• Participate to daily operations meeting for collecting procurement issues.
• Ensure that excellent customer service and continuous service improvement are at the heart of all activity.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Locate, analyze, and develop a consolidated supplier base.
• Implementation of approved procurement plans.

- follow up procurement and logistics process from A to Z.
- weekly performance reports.


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)

Experience:

• Two (preferred)

• English (preferred)
