**Job Type- Remote*
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Client Acquisition.
- Business Development & Client Relationship Management for both contract & permanent staffing.
- Define target market: Identify key industries and customer segments to focus on.
- Conduct research: Understand client needs, pain points, and competitors.
- Craft value proposition: Clearly communicate unique benefits your offering provides.
- Monitoring market activities and providing relevant market research reports/business forecasts and sales cycles as required.
- Willing to take business challenges/targets.
- Willing to travel to client locations on a need basis.
- Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.
- Proven track record in Recruitment industry/Manpower outsource industries in UAE/GCC.
- Skilled in Business Development processes and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
Up to ریال8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jubail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Master's (required)
Experience:
