**Job Type

  • Remote*
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Client Acquisition.
  • Business Development & Client Relationship Management for both contract & permanent staffing.
  • Define target market: Identify key industries and customer segments to focus on.
  • Conduct research: Understand client needs, pain points, and competitors.
  • Craft value proposition: Clearly communicate unique benefits your offering provides.
  • Monitoring market activities and providing relevant market research reports/business forecasts and sales cycles as required.
  • Willing to take business challenges/targets.
  • Willing to travel to client locations on a need basis.
  • Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.
  • Proven track record in Recruitment industry/Manpower outsource industries in UAE/GCC.
  • Skilled in Business Development processes and strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
Up to ریال8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jubail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Master's (required)

Experience:

Business Development: 5 years (required)
