A project control manager in construction is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.

They work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.


Planning and scheduling:
Develop project plans and schedules, including defining project tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.

Budget management:
Create project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control costs.

Risk management:
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or minimize them. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement risk management protocols to ensure project success.

Reporting and documentation:
Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, budget, and timelines. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.

Quality control:
Establish quality control processes and procedures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance.

Resource management:
Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization.

Communication and collaboration:
Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and subcontractors. Facilitate regular meetings and provide clear instructions and guidance to ensure project objectives are met.

Compliance and regulations:
Ensure compliance with all applicable construction laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.


Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or project control within the construction industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction project management principles, practices, and methodologies (
    EOT Claims, Delay Analysis & Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic construction environment.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Pay:
From ریال100.00 per month
