    We are looking for askilled Plant Operator to join our team in Jubail Saudi Arabia. Asa Plant Operator you will be responsible for operating andmaintaining a variety of plant equipment and machinery to ensurethe smooth and efficient operation of the plant. You will play acrucial role in ensuring the safety of the plant and its employeesas well as maintaining the quality of the productsproduced.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery such aspumps compressors and valves to ensure properfunctioning
    • Monitor process parameters such astemperature pressure and flow rate to ensure optimalperformance
    • Perform routine maintenance taskssuch as inspecting equipment lubricating machinery and replacingworn parts
    • Troubleshoot and resolveoperational issues such as equipment malfunctions or processdeviations
    • Ensure compliance with safetyregulations and company policies including proper use of personalprotective equipment

    Maintain accurate records ofplant operations including production reports maintenance logs andsafety documentation

    • Participate intraining programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to plantoperations
    • Coordinate with other plantpersonnel such as production supervisors and maintenancetechnicians to ensure efficient operation of the plant
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives byidentifying and implementing process improvements
    • Adhere to all environmental regulations and guidelines tominimize the impact of plant operations on theenvironment
