    In this role, you will help tosolve analytical problems across the organization and growprofitability by proposing product and strategy changes.

    You willmake data-driven decisions to optimize performance in various areasacross the product, growth, and operations strategy. As the lead,you will help the team achieve their goals through servant-styleleadership, removing roadblocks, and clearcommunication.

    JobResponsibilities
    Monitor performance and drive changes in credit policy of ourNigeria portfolio to optimize profitability and reach growthtargets
    Collaborate with datascience, product, marketing, collections, and engineering topropose experiments and policychanges
    Conduct ad-hoc analysisto identify underlying explanations for changes in portfolioperformance, develop data-driven solutions, and evaluate expectedportfolio impacts
    Proposedata-driven product changes to improve customer experience andcompany profitability. Partner with product and engineering teamsto implement your solution intoproduction
    Develop statisticalmodels to assist in pricing and user segmentation for capitalmarkets transactions and financial dataanalysis

    JobRequirements8+ years of relevant experience
    Fluent in SQL and Excel. Proficiency in R/Python, or similarstatistical analysis tool, is aplus
    Strong strategic thinkingand problem-solving skills
    Enthusiasm for working across cultures, functions, and timezones
    Previous experience inanalytics and/or quantitative modeling, using largedatasets
    Experience in analyzing,visualizing, and communicating impactful insights to management,investors, and/or auditors
