    Duties&Responsibilities:

    Oversees all feed production and deliveryactivities.

    Must be capable of regular and predictableattendance

    Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and agenciesincluding the Food and Drug Administration(FDA).

    Provide leadership toemployees

    Establish and communicateexpectations

    Provide clearinstructions

    Coordinate production and deliveryscheduling

    Oversees all feed production and deliveryactivities

    Work with company nutritionist and related vendors to ensure highquality cost effective and valueadded feedproducts.

    Understand and ensure compliance with all transportationenvironmental and feed production regulations andpolicies.

    Focus on biosecurity efficiency value andtimeliness

    Monitors all feed production equipment facility and truckmaintenance andrepairs

    Maintains all required records and documentation related toproduction drug/supplement usage and feedtransportation.

    Provide information and recommendations to upper management relatedto feed production/transport and related cost reductionsopportunities.

    Establish implement and monitor an effective preventativemaintenance program and assist in appropriate repair/replacedecisions.

    Establish new relationships with current customers as well asprospectivecustomers.

    Prepare capital budgets andexpenditures

    Implement quality control and operating procedures for the feedmill.

    Requirements

    AWell known FMCG group in Saudi Arabia looking tohire the positionFeedMill Manager

    withthe following skills andqualifications:

    Bachelors degree or completion of Vocational/Technical specialtycertification in a relatedfield.

    10 years experience in feed mill and management (preferred inKSA)

    Strong leadership and problemsolvingskills

    Familiar with livestockproduction.

    Efficient in calculations cost/benefit analysis and complexschedulingmethods.

    Basic computerskills

    Age from 35 50years.
