Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our leading interior design firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in the position of Senior Site Engineer Supervisor.
As a Senior Site Engineer Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various architectural projects, with a specific focus on interior design.
Your extensive experience in architecture and deep knowledge of building and interior design materials, along with expertise in Electromechanical works (MEP), will be instrumental in delivering exceptional projects in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural projects with a primary focus on interior design, from concept to completion. Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Utilize your indepth knowledge of building and interior design materials, as well as expertise in Electromechanical works (MEP), to provide technical guidance and solutions to the project team.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to foster effective collaboration and seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure projects meet the highest standards of design and craftsmanship in line with the interior design focus.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
- Demonstrate the ability to travel within Saudi Arabia cities and outside when required to supervise projects effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong focus on interior design and construction.
- A wideranging understanding of building materials, interior design concepts, and Electromechanical works (MEP) is essential, along with experience in the Saudi market's regulatory landscape and construction practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating advanced project management skills and methodologies.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and address challenges promptly.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for effective project documentation and coordination.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
