JOB PURPOSE:


  • In depth knowledge of Corporate Banking Products and services (Corporate Banking Products and Service Expertise
  • Corporate Digital Banking (Channels, API, Open Banking), Banking as a Service, Cash Management services (Payments, Receivables, Liquidity, MIS reporting etc), Trade finance, Corporate Lending (Term loan, Revolving Credit, Structured finance), Treasury services. etc.)
  • Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
  • Transforming business requirement into business specification document, identifying business problems, and providing proposal for best solutions.
  • Liaise among diverse stakeholders to drive requirements gathering and analysis, and user acceptance process for new and existing systems
  • Produce clear, concise, and unambiguous facts critical to successful product delivery, including business requirement document, functional specification including use case and models, UAT Plan and Test Scripts and estimates
  • Guide the design, development and documentation of system process workflows and various implementation activities that deliver business solutions required of the business
  • Promote proactive and positive interaction and communication between business and development teams, including resolving requirements ambiguity or conflict and helping drive projects forward
  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process when needed.
  • Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations
  • Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines especially for Business Analysis Stage.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Master's Degree in relevant major.
