POSITION SUMMARY
Inspect repair and maintainHVAC air quality control and refrigeration equipment. Maintain andconduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor andcontrol property temperature. Monitor and analyze energy andutilities usage. Calibrate all controls gauges meters and otherequipment. Assemble install test repair and maintain electricalsystems or electronic wiring. Assemble install and maintain pipeassemblies fittings valves etc. Perform routine pool and spamaintenance.
Follow all company and safety and security policies andprocedures; report maintenance problems safety hazards accidents orinjuries; and complete safety training and certifications.
Ensureuniform and personal appearance are clean and professional maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information and protect companyassets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards and anticipate and address guests service needs. Speakwith others using clear and professional language. Develop andmaintain positive working relationships with others and listen andrespond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.Ensureadherence to quality expectations and standards; and identifyrecommend develop and implement new ways to increase organizationalefficiency productivity quality safety and/or costsavings.
Reachoverhead and below the knees. Move in confined or elevated spaces.Move over sloping uneven or slippery surfaces. Move up and downstairs service ramps and/or a ladder. Grasp turn and manipulateobjects of varying size and weight. Assist with moving liftingcarrying and placing of objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than orequal to 50 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable jobduties as requested by Supervisors.
