We have partnered with a growing international firm in KSA who are looking to hire an Operations Assistant on a fixed term contract basis.
r
- Responsible for performing production administrative duties in and outside the office. r
- Responsible for collecting and delivering documents from and to clients, ensure that packages or messages are delivered in a time efficient manner.r
- Purchase office groceries as and when needed and communicate with external vendors to request these office supplies.r
- Handling and monitoring petty cash, liaising with Finance for replenishment.r
- Support the Ops suppliers with invoices issued r
- Provide adhoc support when required; printing, binding, copying, faxing, scanning and filing, perform other office duties as assigned.r
- Restock stationery and office stockr
- Support reception team and all other staff with administrative support as necessary and provide shortterm reception cover if needed.r

Requirements r

- 6+ months working in Admin or Operationsr
- KSA Nationals onlyr
- Must be residing in Riyadhr
- Must have a driving licence car will be provided r
