Job Summary:

Raytheon Program Office is in need of an in-country Logistics Senior Supervisor on part-time and temporary bases. This specific role is temporary based to manage the delivery of equipment for one of the Raytheon programs.

This individual will serve as the liaison between the Program Manager in the US, the functions in KSA, and the customer.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the program air and sea cargo Export/Import operations, including import/export documentation, storage arrangements and government customs clearance activities in coordination with the customer (Royal Saudi Air Forces)
  • Arrange equipment transport by trucks in coordination with the customer to the required base, and follow through to return of shipping containers back to the US.
  • Manage the in Saudi Arabia process for Classified, Special Handling, Dangerous Goods & Oversized shipments
  • Maintain customer and RTN counterpart's relationships
  • Responsible for engagement with relevant Government Agencies including the Royal Saudi Air Forces (RSAF), and the Ministry of Finance to address business matters and/or delivery of storage containers, packages, informal/formal communication, and Operations in KSA.
  • Ensure timely and effective processing and compliance.
  • Follow up the process of the customer payments to Raytheon, based on the milestones.

Qualifications You Must Have:


  • Typically requires University Degree or equivalent
    experience and minimum 5 years prior
    relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prior working experience with the KSA government agencies in the defense industry.
  • Experience in developing, influencing and maintaining effective relationships with industry stakeholders.
