Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance against goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to anticipate customer needs and drive sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales management within the automotive industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive market, including industry trends, products, and competitors.
