Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance against goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to anticipate customer needs and drive sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales management within the automotive industry.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive market, including industry trends, products, and competitors.
