Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of all AoR related services within MMEC
  • Managing proposals and contracts, Level of efforts (LOE) in all engineering services (permitting, updating deeds, traffic study, krookies)
  • Representing clients and MMEC in front of stakeholders such as (SEC, Jeddah Municipality, MoMRA, NWC, Ministry of Justice)
  • Handling stakeholders in terms of communications and responding to stakeholders' enquiries.
  • Effectively managing coordination with government authorities in addition to managing a team to plan, review and manage net expenditure plans to meet internal and external stakeholders' expectations within the agreed timescale.
  • Development and delivery of stakeholder engagement plan.
  • Inventory of projects and preparing financial and technical assessment every year quarter.
  • As survey engineer managed the surveying of projects using GPS and connecting to Jeddah Municipality system to issue the approved raw data.
