    The role ofthe Senior Change Manager includes (but is not limited to) thefollowingduties:

    • Leadall aspects of change managementprogram.
    • Engagewith senior leadership and executives to gain buy-in, also manageother change managementpractitioners.
    • Applya structured methodology and lead change managementactivities.
    • Applya change management process and tools to create a strategy tosupport adoption of the changes required by a project orinitiative.
    • Additionalresponsibilities mayinclude:
    • Completechange managementassessments.
    • Identify,analyze and prepare risk mitigationtactics.
    • Supportorganizational design and definition of roles andresponsibilities.
    • Coordinateefforts with otherspecialists.
    • Integratechange management activities into projectplan.
    • Evaluateand ensure userreadiness.
    • Trackand reportissues.
    • Defineand measure success metrics and monitor changeprogress.
    • Supportchange management at the organizationallevel.
    • Managethe changeportfolio.
    • Theability to deliver Change Management solutions and documentation tothe higheststandards.


    Requirements

    MinimumRequirements:

    • Minimumof 8 years of experience in a relevant role.
    • B Degreein Business Management with Change Management course or modulecompleted.
    • Skills in:Change Management - Transformation Management - Organizationaldesign / development - Communication - Leadership development -Trainingmanagement.
