The Brand Marketing Manager's role is to be the custodian of the brand in all internal and External communication. His role is to ensure that the brand values are always being engaged in all pieces of communication.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead on Brand campaign development.
  • Lead on Internal communications of the new brand.
  • Liase with agency on a day to day basis on ongoing messaging and visual approach of the brand.
  • Liase with Retail Marketing Manager on an ongoing basis to ensure allignment between brand and retail messaging.
  • Liase with Marketing and CRM supervisor on an ongoing basis on social campaigns and management.
  • Liase with Ecommerce Manager on an ongoing basis on website and campaign development for website.
  • Support the transformation program of the company internally by liasing with key stakeholders withing the organization.
  • Liase with Media Department on channel planning by campaign.
  • Support the Retail Marketing manager on month end budget reporting.
  • Be involved with the Retail Marketing Manager on weekly meetings with the key stakeholder in other departments for campaign development.
  • Liase with Ecommerce Manager on an ongoing basis on website and camoaign development for website.
  • Liase with external stakeholder for sponsorship opportunities related to the brand image of the company.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
**We Are Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- +5 Years of proven experience in brand management.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, advertising, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills.
