Position Summary:

Support Managers of Administration and Account


Reports To:


  • General Manager of Riyadh Branch
  • Managers of Administration and Account

Primary responsibilities:


  • Assistant to HR and Administration manager.
  • Arrange VISA, hotels and logistics for guests, tickets for staffs and etc.
  • Assistant to Accounting manager.
  • Organizes documents ad etc.
  • Support business development for the Corporation
  • ALL other necessary duties as assigned by GM and managers.

Requirements:


  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in office work.
  • A bachelors degree will be better.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Arabic will be better.
