Aon is seeking ahighly motivated and experienced professional to join our team asthe Head of Health & Benefits.
As the Head of Health& Benefits you will be responsible for leading and managingthe health and benefits division of our company.
This is a criticalrole that requires strategic thinking strong leadership skills anda deep understanding of the health and benefitsindustry.KeyResponsibilities:
Providestrategic direction and leadership to the health and benefitsdivision of Aon
Develop and implement innovativesolutions to meet the evolving needs of clients
Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients and keystakeholders
Oversee the development and delivery ofhealth and benefits programs and services
Manage a teamof health and benefits professionals providing guidance support anddevelopment opportunities
Monitor and analyze markettrends industry developments and regulatory changes to informbusiness strategies
Collaborate with other departments todevelop integrated solutions for clients
Ensurecompliance with all relevant laws regulations and companypolicies
Monitor and manage the financial performance ofthe health and benefits division
Prepare and presentreports to senior management on divisional performance and keyinitiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business Human Resources or a related field;masters degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experiencein the health and benefits industry with at least 5 years in aleadership role
Proven track record of successfullydeveloping and implementing health and benefitsstrategies
Strong knowledge of the health and benefitsmarket trends and regulations
Excellent leadership andpeople management skills
Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the abilityto drive results and meet business objectives
Strongfinancial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyzefinancial data
Experience working with large and complexclients is preferred
Professional certifications in thehealth and benefits industry is a plus
