Merak Capital is seeking a people manager who'll engage with senior management to execute day-to-day human resources requirements for different corporate and investment activities (venture capital, private equity, direct financing, and other business lines).
- High degree of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Arabic.
- Outstanding analytical skills, detailoriented, proactive and selfmotivated.
- Compelling ability to present and communicate.
- Ability to produce well designed and professional presentations and documents.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role working for fast growing companies/startups, or a similar business.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of human resources technology tools, investment management, finance, and organization building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Foundational knowledge of investments, private equity, venture capital and finance.
