Responsibilities
- Manage an existing portfolio of strategic client accounts
- Create new business through existing and new clients
- Responsible for generating leads and ensuring sales targets are met
- Assessing overall operations and recommending improvements as needed.
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy clients' needs.
- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
- Ensure the full learning cycle, curriculum design, development, execution and review are met as per the clients needs
- Customize training programs and products as per clients requirements
Experience Required:
- A strong background in delivering toward revenue targets
- A track record of meeting revenue targets with a clients
- Business Development background is a MUST
- Organized in planning, implementing and reviewing initiatives
- Experience with banking and finance clients and their learning needs
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Detailoriented and persuasive.
