Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing portfolio of strategic client accounts
  • Create new business through existing and new clients
  • Responsible for generating leads and ensuring sales targets are met
  • Assessing overall operations and recommending improvements as needed.
  • Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
  • Ensure the full learning cycle, curriculum design, development, execution and review are met as per the clients needs
  • Customize training programs and products as per clients requirements

Experience Required:


  • A strong background in delivering toward revenue targets
  • A track record of meeting revenue targets with a clients
  • Business Development background is a MUST
  • Organized in planning, implementing and reviewing initiatives
  • Experience with banking and finance clients and their learning needs
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detailoriented and persuasive.
