Job summary
This role involves leading HC activities on sites and implementing policies and systems related to recruitment, operations, training & development, rewards and organizational development. The job holder will be responsible for managing employees' performance with continuous feedback and developing opportunities to maximize their potential.Responsibilities
- Manage HC activities on site including services engagement onboard training goals performance rewards organizational development disengagement
- Collaborate closely with the corporate HC department for functional support provided on issues related to recruitment operations training manpower planning rewards infrastructure systems manage policies procedures implementation site collaboration corporate department propose ways increase motivation productivity retention appropriate actions develop strong working relationships sites managers staff provide advice guidance coaching hc issues as appropriate act mediator between projects management employees resolve conflicts foster positive employee relations maintain good working environment build morale give hand sites employees request requirement related hc operation services people management evaluation employees performance continuous feedback assigned tasks provide development opportunities maximize potential engagement talent pipeline effective utilization employee programs mentoring career succession changes continuous improvement systems processes practices best practice account changes standards business environment proactive action plans ensure compliance relevant procedural legislative requirements quality cost-effective services guarantee employee safety legislative compliance environmental attitude information security practices standards protection company data information implement various practices standards comply relevant policies protect company data information required academic qualification bachelor degree business human resources administration cipd phri cp certificates labor law courses years experience construction sites progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
