• Shouldreceives inquiries; review tender drawings, BOQ andspecifications;
  
• prepareand submit tender queries to the maincontractor/client.
  
• Takeoff quantities of materials from AutoCAD drawings, ifavailable.
  
• Requestand follow-up quotations from suppliers for the specifiedmaterials.
  
• Inspectsite condition, attend clarification and negotiation meetings withowners/clients.
  
• Turnoverof all the tender documents, drawings, specifications to the SiteEngineer and Architect for the preparation of shopdrawings.
  
• Procurementof materials and services required locally andinternationally.
  
• Evaluationof minimum three quotations received for each required material andservices, to be submitted with recommendation to GM/department headforwarding.
  
• Keepingtrack of the procurement of the project, check and follow updelivery of materials, coordinate with sub-contractors andProjectEngineers.
  
• Preparationand submission of variations / changeorders
  

Requirements

• Min4years work experience in UAE Construction/Scaffolding/FacadeIndustry
  
• Shouldbe available in UAE to attendinterview
  
• Bachelorsdegree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
  
• Expertin MS office, AUTOCad
