    JOBDESCRIPTION

    We are seeking an experiencedRoad BIM Engineer to lead our team of engineers and BIM modelers inthe design modelling and coordination of road infrastructureprojects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background inRoads Engineering Design Drawings Shop drawings BIM modelling usingAutodesk Civil 3D Revit AutoCAD BIM 360 Aconex and be familiar withroad engineering processes standards and bestpractices.

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Leadand manage the road infrastructure projects using BIM processesstandards and project information deliverycycle.
    • Develop and maintain project BIMExecution Plans (BEP) and BIM Model Development Plans (MDP) toensure all project stakeholders are aligned with BIM processes andstandards.
    • Generate 3D models of roadinfrastructure projects using Autodesk Civil 3D Revit andAutocad.
    • Generate design drawings and shopdrawings for road infrastructureprojects.
    • Ensure compliance with BIM standardsand project requirements and coordinate with other disciplines toensure BIM models are coordinated andclashfree.
    • Collaborate with the design team andother stakeholders to optimize design and construction processesusing BIM.
    • Provide guidance and support to theproject team on BIM processes standards andtechnologies.
    • Review and validate projectdeliverables to ensure they meet projectrequirements.
    • Coordinate with projectstakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BIM models and projectdeliverables.
    • Work collaboratively with theproject team to identify and resolve technicalissues.

    QUALIFICATIONSTANDARDS KNOWLEDGE &EXPERIENCE:

    • Strongknowledge of road engineering processes standards and bestpractices.
    • Strong knowledge of BIM processesstandards and technologies.
    • Experience inleading and managing teams of engineers and BIMmodelers.
    • Ability to coordinate and collaboratewith different stakeholders.
    • Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
    • Strongcoordination skills and ability to work collaboratively with theproject team.
    • Strong teamwork skills andability to lead and manage a team of engineers and BIMmodelers.
    • Strong presentation skills andability to present technical information to nontechnicalstakeholders.
    • Strong proficiency in MicrosoftOffice software including Word Excel andPowerPoint.

    EDUCATION&TRAINING:

    • Bachelorsdegree in civil engineering or relatedfield.
    • At least 7 years of experience in RoadsEngineering Design Drawings Shop drawings BIM modelling usingAutodesk Civil 3D Revit AutoCAD BIM 360Aconex.
