Carter Murray have a current opportunity for an Airport General Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and drive the strategic direction and vision of the airport
  • Interpret aviation and airport key laws, rules, and regulations and make recommendations on the best strategy to manage the transfer
  • Ensure high quality and innovative service delivery that meets the quality, operational, contractual, and financial targets
  • Initiate and deliver sustained results in global strategy, business development, revenue generation, innovation, people experience (PE), communications, public relations, marketing, digital media, brand management, and relationship expansion
  • Present and sell strategic plans and programs to Board members and policy makers
  • Manage sustained growth, turnaround, and transformation for Airlines (Passenger & Cargo), Rotary, Ground Handling, Flight Support, and Maintenance

Requirements:


  • At least 10 years of relevant international aviation or airport administration experience, with at least 8 in senior management roles as a senior executive in general management, commercial & operational management, business development, and transformation
  • Skilled leader cultivating a worldwide relationship in the aviation industry with demonstrable experience in leading teams and entities to success
  • Graduated from an accredited college or university in Aeronautical Engineering or a 4year degree in business or public administration, aviation management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, challenging environment
