Assists the Director in directing activities overall Investigation Department.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Provides administrative support to the Director in the daily operational activities. Coordinates the work of the Department and its sections.
  • Plans, develops and handles special projects as required and directed by the Division's Director.
  • Supervises operations of the department as assigned. Works collaboratively with KFSH&RC Leaders/Departments to enhance organization effectiveness.
  • Assists with review, revision, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, and recommends changes in these as the need arises.
  • Determines training needs. Assists with employee training and with orientation of new employees.
  • Makes employment and hiring recommendations.
  • Implements all prescribed investigation procedures.
  • Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
  • Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

Education:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Law or other related discipline is required.


Experience Required:

Three (3) years of related experience with Master's, or five (5) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.

Saudi Nationals Only.
