The Role


Job Purpose:
Lead the successful delivery of the Information & Communication Technology infrastructure by providing management and technical expertise in the planning, designing, implementing and project management of the ICT infrastructure disciplines associated with the regional infrastructure scope


Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out and develop ICT infrastructure delivery strategy roadmap with key stakeholders through the entire RSG projects cycle. Work alongside IT and be involved in ICT services deployment process. Identify Solutions for the network and telecommunication infrastructure. Monitor and control the cost, quality and schedule of ICT infrastructure projects. Overall technical management of the performance of consultants and contractors/service providers. Identify and procure design consultants and contractors/service providers. Prepare and manage the procurement and management/supervision of ICT infrastructure consultants and contractors/service providers e.g. Technical input into Scope of Works for RFPs, Keeping abreast of and advising on latest technologies, innovations and industry best practices for the delivery of infrastructure projects.

Red Sea Global (RSG) has been incorporated as a closed joint stock company, wholly owned by Saudi Arabias Public Investment Fund (PIF).

The company has been established to develop and promote a new international luxury tourism destination that will set new standards for sustainable development and bring about the next-generation of luxury travel.

The project was announced in July 2017 and is one of the three Giga Projects aimed at diversifying the Saudi economy in keeping with the Kingdoms 2030 Vision.

The development will offer unprecedented investment options and provide visitors with the opportunity to explore the five untouched treasures of the west coast of Saudi Arabia; the archipelago of over 90 islands with stunning coral reefs, dormant volcanoes and untouched nature reserves.
