JASARA PMC is seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team and support an exciting Social Infrastructure program in Saudi Arabia.

As the joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, our company is dedicated to delivering world-class civil engineering programs that contribute to the goals of Vision 2030.

The Procurement Specialist will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the procurement process, manage supplier relationships, and ensure successful project outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop procurement strategies and policies in alignment with program goals and objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance to ensure delivery of quality goods and services
  • Negotiate and administer contracts and purchase orders, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast material and services requirements and develop procurement plans
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Establish and maintain procurement metrics and reporting systems

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a civil engineering or construction environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with procurement best practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software systems.
