Parsons KAFD is looking for an amazingly talented
Project Engineer - Electrical to join our team


In this role, you will join a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).

KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh's new Central Business District that combines a mixture of world-class commercial offices, hotels, retail spaces, and contemporary residences in addition to smart city solutions that redefine urban living.


What you'll be doing:


  • Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting Engineering inspections, reviewing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports
  • Reviews drawings, study models, construction documents, and specifications prepared by Designers
  • Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
  • Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents
  • Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
  • Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.
  • Provides technical assistance to Designer/Drafters working on the same project
  • Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required skills you'll bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field).
  • Typically 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience in Smart Electricity Meters Installation is a must.
  • Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
  • Proficiency in Revit or other software packages typically associated with Engineering design is also required.
  • Acumen for reviewing designs and construction plans to meet codes, budgets, and schedules
